Beetle Queen as it appears in the logbook
The Beetle Queen is a new Boss Monster introduced in Risk of Rain 2.
She shoots acid in a cone shape, leaving behind puddles of acid. The inital hit has a Proc Coefficient of 1.0, whereas the lingering acid pools have a Proc Coefficient of 0.1.
She also periodically spawns 3 beetles.
When her health is below 50% she spawns flying beetles that inflict the beetlejuice debuff, a stacking debuff reducing most stats.

The Beetle Queen has an associated Boss item. Upon defeating a Beetle Queen summoned by a Teleporter Event, this item may drop as a reward.
